How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For detailed shipping timelines, please view our Shipping & Returns Policy. Typically, orders to domestic metro cities take 3 to 6 working days from the date of placing the order. If your order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, please allow a couple of extra days.

Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India for orders above Rs. 499.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
Yes! We deliver on all working days during office hours.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally.

I need my order urgently. Can you expedite delivery?
We understand the urgency of travel or special events! Please email us at support@cantabilshop.com or call us at +91 7400044155, and we’ll do our best to expedite your delivery. You can also add a note at checkout with your request.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to trace your parcel’s journey.

How will my order be delivered?
We work with reputed courier companies to ensure your order reaches you safely. Our shipping partner, Pickrr, ensures the best possible delivery method. If you prefer a specific courier service, mention it at checkout.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with order details. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on Cantabilshop.com.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel and refund your order. However, if the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can still exchange the item if needed.

Can I place a bulk order?

Exchanges & Returns

Do you allow exchanges or returns?
Yes! You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 30 days from the day you receive the product.

Can I exchange my product for one of lesser value?
Yes, refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What if I receive the wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the mistake! Please call or email us with your order details, and we will initiate the exchange process immediately.

What is Cantabil’s refund policy?
If you receive the wrong product and do not wish for a replacement, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received. For more details, visit: https://cantabilshop.com/pages/cancellation-refund-policy.

Who pays for shipping in case of an exchange?
For exchanges, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

What if I purchased the product during a sale?
Products purchased during sales cannot be exchanged.

What if I want to change my delivery address?
If your order has not been shipped, we can update the address. However, once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please mention it at checkout and contact us with your order number. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot change the date once the order is shipped.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize! Contact us immediately via phone or email with your order details, and return the product. We will initiate an exchange at no cost to you.

Will I be charged for exchanging a damaged product?
No, exchanges due to product damage are free of charge.

How do I pay for my Cantabilshop purchase?

No! The prices listed on our website are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you prefer not to pay online, you can opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), available for most locations. You can pay in cash upon delivery. COD is free.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards. You will need your card number, expiry date, CVV, and an OTP/password from your bank for a secure transaction.
